Casuals receive an additional 25% loading allowance on top of the base salary $76,912 - $82,464 pa pro rata and penalty rates may apply. As a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker you will be responsible for working as a member of a team to achieve best outcomes for children and young people and providing group and individual therapeutic residential care. Your work is guided by the Sanctuary Model to ensure consistent delivery of trauma‑informed care. Key Responsibilities Provide group and individual therapeutic residential care to children and young people. Assist in planning, developing, and implementing activities. Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to achieve best outcomes. Apply the Sanctuary Model and its Seven Commitments to create safe environments. Qualifications & Experience Relevant experience in therapeutic residential care or related settings. Current West Australian 'C' or 'C‑A' class licence, or equivalent. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with examples of effective conflict resolution. Demonstrated ability to build and repair relationships with children from Aboriginal or other diverse groups. Commitment to cultural considerations and self‑care practices.
