Flexibility of Work 100% from home Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company in a meaningful industry Enjoy comprehensive training, coaching, and leadership support About the Role: As our Customer Care Partner, you’ll: Act as a trusted first point of contact for customers and clients Provide empathetic, professional support to clients when processing and scheduling referrals —many of whom may be navigating challenging mental health or wellbeing circumstances Triage referrals based on sensitive information, including risk of harm Build strong relationships with our Mindstar Coach team Support smooth program delivery and provide crucial business support Collect data and feedback to support vital reporting and client updates Provide administrative support including managing phone calls and email inboxes, updating/creating resources and overseeing all aspects of virtual office management Your work will ensure every client and stakeholder receives world-class Mindstar care, contributing to a journey of wellbeing and resilience for all. What You’ll Bring: 3+ years in a dynamic administration/programmanagement role (Corporate Health is a bonus) Experience supporting othersfacing mental health and wellbeing challenges (MHFA training is a bonus) Experience in intake and/or triage of referrals highly desirable Exemplary customer service skills Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, with a focus on trust and long-term partnership Hands-on experience with data collection, processing and reporting A demonstrated passion for emerging technologies, specifically AI, with a proactive mindset towards applying these innovations Experience with M365 (incl Power BI), Advanced SharePoint skills,Google Workspace, XERO and Canva Experience working in remote or virtual teams About You: A genuinely all-round good human (non-negotiable) Infectiously innovative, creative and curious Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism A confident and effective communicator with emotional awareness—especially under pressure Able to critically analyse situations and find solutions Ability to prioritise tasks and structure own workday Agile and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Located on the east coast of Australia with a private, quiet space to work Ability to work 8.30am - 5pm AEST all year round, adjusting for daylight savings as required What We Offer: A culture of wellbeing, trust, and fun An inclusive, diverse, and progressive team On-the-job training and coaching The opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives PLEASE READ - How to Apply: Submit your resume and cover letter as one document - Applications will be reviewed from 5th January.
