Fulltime leadership opportunity Rotating roster About the role: Our Assistant Retail Managers are key to bringing our brand to life They’re customer service superstars who know how to make people feel welcome, inspired, and connected on a personal level, helping them be the best they can be. Supporting our Retail Manager, you’ll motivate the team every day to deliver an exceptional, personalised experience for each customer, making them feel like a VIP. With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll lead by example and help empower your team through fun training, mentoring, coaching, and feedback, making sure they feel supported, confident, and ready to succeed.
