Sales & Marketing Manager - Luxury Residential Property, Gold Coast Remi Residences is redefining coastal luxury on the Gold Coast, as a premier residential destination offering both exclusive ownership and short-stay accommodation, we blend the sophistication of high-end real estate with five-star hospitality. We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to take charge of our commercial strategy — driving revenue, elevating our brand, and cultivating relationships that position our Residences as the Gold Coast’s most desirable address. The Opportunity This is not your average sales and marketing role. You’ll be leading strategy and execution across property sales, short-stay accommodation, and brand development , all while working hand-in-hand with our Operations & Guest Relations team to deliver a seamless luxury experience. Your leadership will directly impact revenue performance, market visibility, and the overall prestige of the brand. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Commercial Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue management plan for both property sales and accommodation. Optimize pricing, yield, and distribution strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability. Oversee booking platforms and channel partners to ensure market-leading visibility and conversion. Sales Leadership Drive property and accommodation sales through targeted initiatives. Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, real estate agents, and corporate networks. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closing. Marketing & Brand Excellence Shape and execute a premium marketing strategy reflecting Remi’s luxury positioning. Lead digital campaigns, PR activities, and exclusive events such as open homes and VIP showcases. Oversee all brand assets and collateral to ensure sophistication and consistency across every touchpoint. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with the Operations & Guest Relations Manager to align service delivery with commercial goals. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. About You 5+ years’ experience in luxury real estate, hospitality sales, or revenue management. Proven ability to achieve revenue targets in high-end property or hotel markets. Strong understanding of the Gold Coast luxury market and HNW clientele. Skilled in CRM systems, revenue management tools, and digital marketing analytics. A confident communicator with exceptional presentation and relationship skills.
