You'll manage partner implementations and relationships, and contribute to the adoption of new features and services. Collaboration is key, as you'll work cross-functionally with Technical, Product, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams within Apple, as well as with our ecosystem of partners, including merchants, government agencies, utilities, payment service providers, and credential issuers.We are looking for someone who is technically curious, dynamic, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Description Develop strategies to drive and scale the acceptance and usage of Apple Wallet services, both online and in-person.Establish, develop, and nurture strong business relationships with merchants, payment service providers, and other key players in the acceptance value chain.Lead all aspects of partner relationships, from day-to-day management to the introduction of new projects and features.Drive partner implementation of solutions and features, providing technical and project management support and ensuring all product requirements are met to the highest standards.Monitor, track, and optimize the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with Apple Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap, leveraging insights gained from the market, partners, and customers.Provide clear and concise communications to business leaders within Apple and partner organizations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 5-10+ years of experience in business development or partnership roles. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience in payments or related digital services, along with knowledge of the Australian payment and wallet services acceptance landscape. Excellent judgment, presence, and interpersonal skills; experience working effectively with a wide range of cross-functional teams, both internal and external. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable managing evolving priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. Analytical skills, with the ability to assess opportunities from multiple perspectives (both quantitative and qualitative), and drive appropriate performance tracking and analysis.
