We’re a proud family‑run FMCG wholesale business that has been established since 2006. With a business built on trust, quality and strong customer relationships, we are now found in cafes, clubs, hotels, casinos and schools across the country. About the Role We’re looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing B2B team on an initial 6‑month contract with a strong view to permanent hire. In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth, enhance customer engagement and strengthen our brand. You will also be our in‑house expert for Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement, ensuring our marketing automation and CRM ecosystem enables high‑performing campaigns and reliable reporting. Responsibilities Develop and execute data‑led marketing strategies aligned to commercial goals. Own the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated campaigns across email, digital, paid and content channels. Manage and optimise Pardot programmes, automations, lead scoring and nurturing flows. Ensure Salesforce and Pardot are aligned for accurate lead management, segmentation, reporting and attribution. Collaborate with Sales to improve funnel performance and accelerate qualified pipeline. Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Support brand positioning and Go‑To‑Market initiatives across key product and service lines. Work with external agencies and internal teams to maintain campaign excellence. Qualifications and Required Skills Proven experience in B2B marketing. Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement (certifications a plus). Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan, deliver and optimise end‑to‑end campaigns. Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to align Marketing and Sales around shared goals. Data‑driven mindset with experience building customer journeys. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Skills Certifications in Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement. Pay range and compensation package 6‑month contract with a clear pathway to a permanent role. Competitive salary.
