We are seeking experienced project delivery leaders to take on client-side management of high-priority, complex reconstruction projects across NSW. In this role, you will drive the planning and execution of flood reconstruction and infrastructure resilience initiatives, projects that truly make a difference in helping communities rebuild and prepare for the future. About the role As a Senior Project Manager in our Reconstruction Delivery team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. Working on the client side, you will coordinate across local councils, contractors, NSW government agencies and community groups to turn recovery plans into reality. Your remit will span project initiation through to handover and evaluation, with a strong focus on governance, risk management and results. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project planning, development, and implementation across multiple high-value initiatives. Develop project plans, manage budgets and resources, and monitor delivery against time, cost, and quality benchmarks. Establish and maintain productive stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation. Monitor risks, benefits realisation, and project quality to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement. Lead project teams with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and milestone achievement. Provide technical and strategic advice and evidence-based recommendations to inform decisions and resolve emerging issues.
