About the role Our partner's Tax Advisory team helps clients look ahead to see how tax legislation affects their business decisions and plan for continued success and growth. The team works with diverse clients including private and listed businesses, high net‑wealth individuals, family groups, startups, high‑growth companies, and Australian subsidiaries of multinational businesses. In this role, you'll: Advise clients on complex tax matters, including domestic and international structuring and cross‑border transactions Assist with taxation authority reviews, audits, and disputes Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and divestment (including due diligence), financing arrangements, IPO structuring, readiness and prospectus Play a key role across client engagements with regular client contact – attending presentations and meetings with senior leaders What makes you extraordinary?
