With a focus on continuous improvement you’ll proactively work with your team to help them achieve their performance and career development goals Managing and streamlining day-to-day branch operations to ensure timely and precise completion of all operational and risk tasks. You’ll drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance Prioritising business performance through tracking KPIs reporting delivering on strategic plans Leading by example.
