Apply for the Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role at ORS Group . About the Role You’ll join a national team of 300 practitioners working with NDIS participants aged 0–65 across early intervention, school‑aged children, adolescents, and adults. You will build lasting relationships, supporting growth and celebrating achievements. Your Role Will Include Collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers, and families to deliver the best outcomes Assessing and observing challenging behaviours to improve emotional regulation and introduce replacement behaviours Developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans that enhance skills, independence, and overall quality of life Providing training, ongoing support, and reviews to ensure sustainable outcomes Work‑Life Balance You’ll Love Work‑from‑home flexibility with full support Client allocations close to your home Control of your own calendar Suburban office locations with free parking Part‑time or reduced‑hour options available Learning and Development 1:1 and group clinical supervision Access to expert advice whenever you need it Tailored training programs to advance your skills and career What You’ll Need Degree qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Behaviour Analysis (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Health Science, Allied Health, Nursing, or similar fields Experience working with individuals with ASD, ID, or other complex needs (desirable) Driver’s licence and own car Relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain): National Police Check, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Why ORS?
