Lead Full Stack Developer

The role: In this role, you’ll own the technical direction for customer‑facing portals, mobile field apps, and internal tools—all built on modern frameworks and powered by Azure cloud. You’ll set best practices, mentor developers, and deliver solutions that make a real impact. As part of the team based at our headquarters in Melbourne’s inner southeast, you will be working closely with the CTO. This is a hands‑on role where you will be a key member of a team developing our enterprise‑grade SAAS application. You will use your extensive skills to help guide other team members and to give direction on our front‑end design and technologies utilised. This is a hybrid role with a requirement of four days in the office weekly. What you’ll be doing: Lead architecture and development of web portals, mobile apps, and API services. Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices in Azure. Build intuitive UIs using React, Angular, or similar frameworks. Design and maintain RESTful APIs and cloud integrations using Azure Functions and event‑driven patterns. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to turn ideas into scalable solutions. Manage and guide a talented team of developers, fostering growth and knowledge sharing. What you need to bring: 6+ years in full‑stack development, with 2+ years in a lead role. Expertise in front‑end frameworks (React, Angular) and mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Maui). Strong backend skills in Node.js, .NET, and API design. Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
