Seeking an experienced Admin with a Fin / Acc degree to join our Finance team About the Role Manage daily business bank reconciliations using automated systems (Azure Blobs). Collaborate with AI tools for expense coding and invoice management. Coordinate weekly payment runs and monitor invoice automation workflows. Ensure accurate month-end close processes and manage accruals. Reconcile vendor and debtor balances, and follow up on aged items. Act as the main contact for vendor queries and maintain smooth internal invoice flows. Support management reporting through Power Pivot, M queries, and Power BI dashboards. Oversee staff reimbursements and approval flows via Power Automate and SharePoint. Maintain and test SQL scripts to support business data analytics. Drive continuous improvement across finance automation and documentation processes. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential Existing experience in Accounting and Finance is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and M Query, MS dynamics BC, Power BI, Power Automate and DAX is advantageous Analytical mindset and confidence in troubleshooting financial data and system errors. Process-driven attention to detail with strong compliance and control focus. Must be motivated and driven, there is room to grow from this role for the right person. Why MICM?
