Job Description As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager at Bilue, you’ll help steer high impact mobile and digital projects, keeping teams aligned, delivery moving and stakeholders informed. You’ll support cross functional teams, guide agile processes and help deliver mobile and web applications with multiple integrations. This role suits someone who enjoys fast paced environments where delivery, people and clear communication all matter. You’ll mix hands on coordination with team support, planning and smooth release management. Key responsibilities Lead agile ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retros Manage end to end delivery for mobile and web applications across multiple integrations Track milestones, monitor team progress and remove blockers early Coordinate QA, UAT and deployment activities to support clean and predictable releases Translate roadmaps into clear delivery plans using agile, Kanban or waterfall approaches as required Communicate progress, risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and leadership Maintain delivery governance through strong Jira and Confluence hygiene Build collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within teams Qualifications You’re an experienced Agile Delivery Manager who thrives in fast paced, collaborative environments. You balance a people first mindset with a strong focus on outcomes, guiding teams to deliver high quality work on time. You’re a confident facilitator, a natural problem solver, and someone who brings structure without slowing the team down. 5 to 7 years of digital project delivery experience, ideally within a consultancy Hands on experience delivering mobile applications with a solid understanding of mobile release processes, app store workflows and QA Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban Comfortable juggling priorities while keeping teams moving in the right direction Confident using Jira, Confluence and similar tools to manage delivery Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned and engaged Proactive problem solver with a steady, solutions focused approach Additional Information Life at BiluePeople-first focus: We’re committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients, but we know it starts with our people.
