About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sales Consultant in the 4WD automotive industry, with solid knowledge of 4WD components, touring, and caravanning. This role involves parts interpreting, so a strong technical understanding and attention to detail are essential. You’ll bring exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to develop genuine rapport and build long-term professional relationships. We’re seeking someone who is highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a positive, can‑do attitude and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. You’ll be solution‑oriented, always focused on outcomes rather than obstacles, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. Success in this role requires strong computer literacy, a willingness to learn new systems and software, and the ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. About the Role The Sales Consultant – Touring is a full‑time position that offers a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and customer‑focused professional to join our team. Working Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, and Fridays, 7:30 am – 2:30 pm, you’ll enjoy a great work‑life balance with no weekend work required. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing all customer enquiries related to our products and services, received via phone, walk‑ins, and website enquiries. You’ll provide friendly, knowledgeable support while maintaining a professional phone manner and ensuring each customer receives prompt and accurate assistance. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work within our two main software systems – SimPro Job Management Software and Zoho CRM – to process enquiries, manage leads, and assist the sales team. You’ll collaborate closely with Management and other Sales Team Members, helping to convert high volumes of leads into satisfied customers. You’ll also represent the business at Caravan and 4WD shows as required, upholding our commitment to excellent service and presentation. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, along with a high standard of personal presentation, is essential. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys teamwork, and values a positive workplace culture.
