About The Role This is a key leadership role sitting within Operations. You are the operational lead for every project — from concept and early design through to practical completion and handover to day‑to‑day Operations. You will ensure that every development or renewal project is: designed with operational requirements and resident experience in mind supported by clear communication, resident engagement and vote processes planned and delivered with seamless resident relocation (where required) fully established with systems, processes, accounts and site infrastructure before settlement operationally ready for Village Managers, teams and incoming residents Working closely with Village Managers, Area Managers and Support Services teams including Development, Property, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Digital & Technology, People & Culture and Wellbeing, you will provide operational oversight, risk management and executive reporting throughout each project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead operational planning and readiness for all new development and renewal projects across NSW and QLD. Drive resident engagement strategies, resident vote processes and relocation programs. Represent Operations in project governance forums (PCGs) and provide updates to the ELT and OLT. Influence project design, construction decisions and implementation plans to ensure they meet Levande’s operational, safety and compliance standards. Oversee site establishment including village systems, administrative processes, portal readiness and operational setup. Partner with Support Services teams to ensure integration of finance, legal, procurement, digital, safety and wellbeing requirements. Support recruitment, onboarding and handover of Village Managers for new communities. Provide financial oversight including budget inputs, procurement support, contract management and review of village accounts during renewal programs. Ensure operational risk, compliance, and WHS obligations are met across all project phases. Support ESG alignment and environmental initiatives embedded in renewal and development projects. About You You’re a strategic and hands‑on operational leader who excels in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. You’re energised by work that blends operational discipline, resident engagement, change leadership and project oversight. You Bring Tertiary qualifications in strategy, planning, asset management, business or project management 5+ years’ experience in retirement living, property, asset/facility management or multi‑site operational leadership Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including resident communication and conflict management Solid understanding of the Retirement Villages Act, Body Corporate or Residential Tenancies legislation High‑level organisational, project management and reporting skills, including executive‑level communication The ability to influence at all levels and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups Why join Levande?
