Wheelchair Access Taxi Driver (Murray Bridge, Mt Barker or Victor Harbor) Join our friendly team and provide a valuable service to your community. Des’s Group has over 50 years of experience in personal transport, offering a supportive work environment and in‑house training to help you gain the skills and experience you need. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the passenger receives a safe, enjoyable trip at all times Providing and maintaining a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures Providing a professional level of service in line with DIT rules and regulations Delivering a level of service that exceeds customer expectations To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: A full South Australian driver’s licence (essential) Small Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (not essential but an advantage) A proven safe driving record Well‑developed personal communication skills A high level of customer service skills Good money‑and‑record keeping skills The ability to listen and communicate well A good understanding of Australian Road Rules A good, sound working knowledge of the local town, streets, areas and activities We offer modern air‑conditioned vehicles, full training and support to obtain your driver accreditation.
