EL1 Tech Lead Customer Identity & Access Management Overview Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Must obtain/maintain NV1 clearance. Essential criteria Extensive experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions as a Subject Matter Expert, including design, implementation, and optimization. Experience in other CIAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions. Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Desirable criteria Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS. Ability to plan and manage project workload and provide direction using a Project Management tool such as Kanban, Jira or similar.
