We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and uphold exceptional service across a premium corporate environment. You’ll lead our Food & Beverage and Guest Services team in Sydney, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, and support strong commercial outcome. All while partnering closely with our client to deliver a seamless, world-class hospitality experience. THE PERSON Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation, fostering a strong service-focused culture within the team Lead, support, and develop the team to optimise performance, achieve budget targets, and drive continuous growth Build productive, respectful relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client and guest satisfaction Implement and uphold all WH&S procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment THE POSITION Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate hospitality supervision or hotel operations You take ownership of your responsibilities and approach the operation as if it were your own You have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently exceptional experiences, with a strong focus on people, product, and service You lead from the front with a hands‑on, collaborative approach, engaging and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
