Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring an excellent customer experience within our flooring store. Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their flooring needs. Provide expert advice on various flooring options, features, and benefits. Effectively communicate product specifications, pricing, and promotions. Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets. On site measuring (in home) Administrative Duties: Manage and organize the showroom, ensuring a neat and attractive display of flooring products. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Assist in inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise. Updating pricing in our point of sale system Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with the installation team to schedule and coordinate flooring installations. Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members. Provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules. Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively with the team to find solutions to challenges that may arise during the sales and installation process. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Education and Experience: Previous flooring industry experience will be highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
