What you’ll achieve As an Application Support Analyst you will be part of our highly successful clinical support team, utilising your skills in the support and maintenance of our market‑leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment. You will work with an extended, highly skilled team to make a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. You will : Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage analysis and resolution. Problem / Defect identification and categorisation with ability to think logically and laterally as required. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth. Provide expert advice both internally and externally pertaining to Dedalus clinical information management solutions to promote best practice outcomes. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Essential Requirements 5 years experience in the following: providing technical support for healthcare IT systems, administering Microsoft Server, and database administration. Excellent knowledge of SQL with ability to write and execute complex scripts. Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology. Microsoft Server Admin Experience. Desirable Requirements Database administration experience. Understanding of ITIL processes. Experience with IIS or Apache. Knowledge of Healthcare Workflow & HL7 Standard. Ability to troubleshoot MS Windows Server issues.
