What You Will Do Provide strategic leadership for primary and sub-acute health services in correctional environments. Drive operational and financial performance, ensuring compliance with contracts, legislation, and regulatory obligations. Partner with Justice Health and Corrections Victoria, building strong stakeholder relationships. Lead responses to serious incidents and oversee governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. Shape business development opportunities, including initiatives within the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Guide contract negotiations and modifications, ensuring sustainable outcomes. Is This You? Your Essential Skills for Success We are looking for a leader who thrives in complex environments and brings: Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (postgraduate highly regarded). Proven executive-level management experience in health, correctional services, or related fields. Expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management. Proven experience to lead, develop and implement long term strategies to improve health service delivery within a secure environment. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing divisional financial performance. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with political awareness and stakeholder influence.
