Join Komatsu as a Field Service Technician In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. You will also be responsible for organising and coordinating Trade Personnel, while ensuring the Service Department meets Quality Management System requirements in line with SOX standards. Role Located: Fairfield, Sydney NSW Roster: Monday – Friday starting 07:00am till 3:30PM Responsibilities & Qualifications Ability to provide a high level of customer service in line with our Customer Support Charter. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Ability to demonstrate competencies of testing and adjusting of machine operating and monitoring systems utilising relevant literature and testing equipment. Proficiency in using computers, smartphones, and technology-based reporting systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use digital communication tools effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
