Compliance and Legal Requests Officer

What you’ll do Managing subpoenas and legal requests end‑to‑end, meeting all statutory deadlines Handling sensitive information securely and applying redactions in line with legislation Liaising with courts, legal representatives, and internal teams for accurate responses Supporting compliance reviews and maintaining secure records management Assisting with broader governance and compliance activities as needed The details Part time – 3 days per week – flexible days/hours Location – Macquarie Park (2 days in the office preferred) Maximum term contract for 12 months starting mid‑end January 2026 Base salary + 12% super and tax‑free salary packaging up to $15,900 What you’ll bring Ability to follow established processes, think critically, and meet strict deadlines Experience interpreting legislation and policies, applying them accurately to compliance tasks Strong communication skills to engage confidently with courts, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders High attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Technological proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Adobe redaction tools) and knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and records management principles Why work with us?
