Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and client-focused ERP Consultant to join our small but dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to implement, tailor and optimize LEVESYS ERP solutions. You’ll be instrumental in translating business needs into solutions to drive business efficiency and improvement to deliver long-term success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and ERP requirements. Configure and implement LEVESYS ERP modules to meet client needs. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions. Document implementation processes and maintain accurate records. Stay up-to-date with ERP trends and contribute to product improvement initiatives. Work cross-functionally with development and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Foster high quality client relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or alternatively strong work experience in a similar field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in ERP consulting or software implementation. Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in construction or contracting industries (preferred). Experience with mid-range ERP systems in construction or manufacturing. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Australian citizenship or permanent residency required. Why Join LEVESYS?
