B&Q Perth is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and ensure a safe, customer‑focused environment. The role is part‑time, 18.5 hours per week, with a full‑time equivalent salary of £27,709.50 per annum plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. As Shift Lead you’ll be a key part of creating a great experience for both colleagues and customers. Responsibilities Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations are running smoothly. Ensure colleagues are deployed correctly to "make every customer count" throughout your shift. Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. Maintain a safe store at all times. What We Need Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them. Global view and not constrained to specific areas of the store. Safety conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities. Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
