Why Join Aspen Medical’s Virtual Health Team? 100% Remote Work: Work from home, anywhere in Australia, with technology support. Flexible Hours: Self-rostering practices with a minimum of 20 hours per fortnight (minimum 2 hour shifts) required with multiple shifts available within the hours of 6pm – 0930am AEST. Comprehensive Support: Receive 2 days paid training, a laptop and headset, the required technology. Competitive Pay: Enjoy a fixed hourly rate with higher rates for overnight hours, weekends, and public holidays, plus great benefits. Nil Billing Administration: We administrate all billing so you can remain solely providing patient-centered care. Your Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical advice and diagnostic services to patients via outbound audio and video calls. Ensure timely, high-quality consultations within minimum service standards. Provide patients with written care summaries, health advice, and relevant local service information. Use My Health Record, e-prescribing, and secure messaging to deliver the best care. We Are Looking for Experienced GPs with: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Unrestricted specialist General Practitioner registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA). Minimum 3 years’ experience in general practice (with a minimum of one working within Australia). Previous telehealth/virtual healthcare delivery or willingness to upskill. Fast, reliable cable/NBN internet connection with a minimum of 50Mbps download speed and an upload speed of 20Mbps. Demonstrated strong proficiency in English Language Skills (ELS). A high affinity with using computer systems, including telehealth platforms, databases, and digital communication tools. Availability for either part-time or casual positions. Ready to Join Us?
