Core Values Collaboration Accountability Respect Empathy Why You'll Love It Here Supportive team culture Growth opportunities Fun team dress-up days and team lunches About The Role As a Resident Care & Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, purposeful, and varied lifestyle programs that positively impact our residents’ physiological, physical, and emotional well-being. You’ll be part of a supportive and fun team dedicated to creating joy and enhancing the lives of our residents. About You Has experience delivering lifestyle programs (prior experience as a Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant in aged care is highly desirable). Holds a Cert III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent). Desirable Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure. Possesses a current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
