Job Description
As a Technical Delivery Lead at Nokia, you will oversee the technical delivery of innovative projects within the SSP domain. You will manage project scope, timelines, and quality while collaborating with Central Delivery Services and Project Management teams from pre‑sales to operations handover.
Your role
will involve shaping delivery strategies, mentoring project teams, and driving cross‑team collaboration to tackle complex challenges. With a focus on best practices and resource management, you will be instrumental in achieving project goals and ensuring successful outcomes, making a significant impact in the dynamic telecommunications landscape. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Lead the technical delivery strategy for projects within the SSP domain, ensuring alignment with scopes and quality standards. Manage end‑to‑end project responsibilities from pre‑sales engagement to delivery and operational transition.
Collaborate with Central Delivery Services and Care teams for effective resource demand and capacity planning. Facilitate communication regarding changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements while assessing impacts. Drive cross‑team collaboration among technical teams to address complex challenges and foster innovation. Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment with delivery sign‑off processes and oversee project performance management reports and KPIs. Act as the primary technical interface for Domain Product and Delivery issues and drive resolution of escalations.
Key Skills
And Experience Must‑Have: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management and services/care delivery Excellent knowledge of Mobile Core Products (e.g., One‑NDS/SDL, HLR, HSS) Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills Proficient in software development, integration services, and CI/CD frameworks Nice‑To‑Have: Experience in cost control and budgeting Familiarity with automation initiatives Ability to work in a matrix organization with virtual teams Experience collaborating with external customers Adaptability to new technologies and evolving client requirements About Us Advancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
