About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Casual Chef with Asian‑fusion experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creativity, enjoys working with high‑quality local produce, and thrives in a winery environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook Asian‑fusion inspired meals for our cellar door guests Ensure consistent presentation and high food quality standards Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards Work independently in our fully equipped industrial kitchen Collaborate with management on menu concepts and specials Requirements Minimum 1 year professional experience cooking Asian‑fusion cuisine Experience across multiple Asian cooking styles is required Ability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday required) Passion for fresh ingredients and flavour‑driven food Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations during service Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills Australian work rights are required. Trial Requirement Shortlisted candidates must attend an onsite trial — you will be required to cook a dish for tasting as part of the interview process. Why Join Us?
