You will work with a team of 6 Optometrists and be exposed to mentoring graduates in store who are starting their career journey.They are looking for a high-performer who can hit the ground running with 20-minute rolling clinics and can support the Optometry Director while they focus on clinic excellenceSalary: Up to 125K base salary + super - including 10K SIGN ON BONUS and monthly performance bonuses on daily clinical value Roster: Work-life balance - full-time role, consisting of Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (can be flexible).
