Demonstrated proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency, ability to work independently and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to effectively prioritize and organise own work/caseload across a regional area. Commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and evidence‑based practice. Leadership in planning and evaluation of team activities. Provision and coordination of staff and student supervision. Current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required, including long distances.
