You don’t need experience or any special skill, simply a willingness to join in activities and an interest in having a chat. What would I be doing? The most fundamental role of a volunteer is to provide companionship, so a priority is placed upon listening and talking to our residents. In addition, there are a host of other activities you could be involved in such as: Arts projects and creative sessions Gardening and outdoor activities Bus outings and community visits Reading and storytelling sessions Games and recreational activities How do I register? During the interview we will confirm your suitability, complete relevant documentation, and introduce you to our Lifestyle team for induction. Police Check is mandatory for this role.
