People Services Administrator – Full time, ongoing position Applications close on 11:59 pm Thursday 22 January 2026. About the role We are looking for a highly organized, proactive People Services Administrator who thrives on precision and loves keeping multiple plates spinning. If you are the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a perfectly managed inbox, a seamless onboarding process, and data integrity, we want to hear from you. As our People Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our staff and a vital support to the wider P&C team. Your day‑to‑day will be diverse, ranging from managing the recruitment lifecycle to ensuring our payroll and HR systems are accurate and up‑to‑date. Your key responsibilities will include: Serve as the central administrative hub for the HR team, expertly managing diverse P&C tasks and documentation with a focus on accuracy and operational flow. Leading the paperless administration of our hiring process—from advertising vacancies to coordinating interviews and reference checks. Managing the shared P&C, Recruitment, and L&D inboxes, providing timely and professional advice to internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining data integrity across our HR tech stack, including Chris21 (Payroll), Springboard (eRecruitment), and ePerformance. Managing the end‑to‑end on‑boarding and off‑boarding experience to ensure every employee starts (and ends) their journey with us on a high note. About You You are a true professional who understands that behind every great HR strategy is a foundation of excellent administration. To be successful, you will bring: Exceptional Organisational Skills: A proven ability to manage competing priorities and high‑volume workloads with precision. You demonstrate a methodical approach to task management, ensuring all deliverables are met accurately and within established timeframes. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience navigating HR Information Systems (HRIS), payroll platforms, and electronic records management systems. Proficiency in Chris21, TRIM/CM9, or Springboard is highly desirable. Advanced Communication: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to draft formal correspondence and engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Commitment to Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset focused on identifying and recommending process enhancements to increase operational efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications and Experience: Prior experience within a People and Culture environment is preferred. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or progress towards one, will be highly regarded.
