Junior Customer Success Manager

About the Role As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the strategic link between our monday.com clients and their long‑term success. You'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders—from end users to C‑Suite executives—ensuring adoption, value realisation, and growth opportunities across their portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to build customer relationships, lead value‑driven conversations, and help organisations achieve their business goals with monday.com. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Management Facilitate regular client touchpoints such as Executive Business Reviews, cadence calls, and consultations. Assist in client onboarding and deliver tailored platform training sessions. Build trust with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. Strategic Value Delivery Identify opportunities to optimise clients’ use of monday.com through workflow enhancements and platform expansions. Support clients in driving adoption and change management internally. Proactively uncover and communicate new business or upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers. Content & Community Leadership Host webinars and educational masterclasses to promote best practices and platform features. Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights from client success stories. Internal Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Implementation, and Development teams to deliver an integrated client experience. Collaborate with Account Managers on retention strategies and expansion strategies.
