Clinical Care Coordinator Calvary Cessnock Retirement Community Permanent Full Time and Part Time Position Exciting Career Progression Opportunity Join one of Australia's Leading Not-for-Profit, Health, Community and Aged Care Providers About the role As the Clinical Care Coordinator you will coordinate and lead the care team in consultation with the facility Manager. You will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents. We currently have a full time permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for our facility in Cessnock Key Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services in line with a resident centred model of care Maintain current knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Funding models Manage and provide efficient, effective and compassionate care planning and assessment Coordinate the availability of medical stock and other health related supplies to ensure sufficient and adequate supplies About you Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) A commitment to work within Calvary’s Mission, Vision and Values Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing the Aged Care Commitment to contemporary aged care nursing practice Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team Effective communication skills, oral and written Demonstrated alignment with the philosophy of resident focused care which supports dignity, independence and informed consultative decision making For further information please contact Dyanne Johnston, Manager on or email About Calvary We are a leading provider of quality, integrated care that puts our patients, residents and clients at the centre of everything we do.
