Our client is a growing commercial law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. This firm is known for their client service, for doing things a differently and a commitment to excellence. This firm has a client base of major corporations, ASX-listed companies, SMEs, start-ups, high net worth individuals. The partners are excellent mentors and are genuine in wanting their lawyers to thrive and be successful. The Role Due to growth, our client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic corporate/commercial lawyer with around 1 to 3 years pae. This team advises on the full spectrum of corporate law issues. A flavour of the work will include: private M&A transactions complex joint ventures drafting share-holder agreements corporate structuring, capital reductions advising on director's duties and compliance with the Corporations Act due diligences drafting high value commercial contracts general corporate advisory About You To be successful in this position, you need: Around 1 to 3 years pae in the area of corporate/commercial law To have a client service mentality and a desire to get to know the client's business To be confident, capable and have excellent interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role To enjoy collaborating and working in a team environment A commercial pragmatic approach as well as strong technical skills Benefits & Culture On offer is a generous salary and an excellent bonus scheme.
