We are looking for an Integrity Engineer to ensure integrity, reliability, and regulatory compliance of upstream static equipment and pressure systems across our asset. Responsibilities Based at our Brisbane head office, the Integrity Engineer : Develops, maintains and optimises Integrity Management Plans (IMPs) to support sustained asset integrity and reliability. Provides expert guidance on regulatory, industry, and company integrity requirements, and monitors compliance. Defines scopes of work for integrity‑related maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs and replacements. Identifies integrity risks and develops appropriate mitigation strategies based on asset criticality and operating context. Conducts Fitness for Service (FFS) assessments and recommends safe extension of equipment life. Contributes discipline‑specific input to FEED activities to support life‑cycle integrity of new or modified assets. Leads investigations into equipment issues and failures, including root‑cause analyses and technical reporting. Uses asset‑management systems and tools (e.g., CMMS, integrity platforms) to track and manage asset condition. Drives continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance asset performance and integrity practices. Completes required reporting accurately and on time in line with business and regulatory expectations. Qualifications Background in asset integrity or static equipment engineering. Solid understanding of risk‑management principles, NDE techniques and integrity repair methods. Proficiency with CMMS and asset integrity management systems. Working knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API 579). Proven ability to conduct root‑cause analyses and contribute to technical investigations. Experience developing and implementing risk‑based inspection (RBI) programmes (desirable). CPEng (or equivalent) and RPEQ registration highly desirable. Recognition as a Technical Authority in a relevant discipline (if applicable). Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent (preferred).
