The Role We are seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Inventory Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end inventory operations across our Brisbane, Gold Coast and Melbourne locations, as well as Reserve Vault. Reporting to the Brisbane Operations Manager and working closely with our Melbourne team, this key role is responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, timely dispatch, appropriate pricing, and risk management, all while leading a high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the inventory and dispatch team Oversee inventory across multiple sites – storage, tracking, and validation Ensure daily stock reconciliation and accurate product dispatchBenchmark pricing and manage risk across bullion and freight offerings Drive process improvement and system efficiency Build trusted relationships with regular clients & suppliers Identify and elevate compliance and security risks What you’ll bring: Strong leadership and stock management skills - Proven ability to positively mentor, train and manage a small team Meticulous attention to detail and a data‑driven mindset Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities High‑level Excel skills and confidence with numbers Physical capability for manual handling of bullion products Experience with auditing, reconciliation, or assurance functions Genuine customer focused approach A Clear Police Check will be Required What’s on offer: Brisbane CBD based location working 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday.
