GP Sales Representative - Eastern Metro Suburbs of Victoria Are you ready to take on a challenging sales role in the pharmaceutical industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a General Practitioner (GP) Sales Representative. Apply today for a life‑changing career Your new role In this permanent role, you will promote to General Practitioners, Pharmacists and Diabetes Educators across Ringwood, Wantirna, Glen Waverley, Rowville and surrounding areas. This is a metro‑only territory with no country travel. You’ll experience variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote a lifesaving drug. Responsibilities Engage with existing General Practitioners and Diabetes Educators and expand the target group of customers. Be highly organised, self‑motivated and driven to build patient‑centric HCP relationships. Develop and execute a robust territory business plan leveraging face‑to‑face and digital engagements to create a personalised omni‑channel experience for our customers. Execute marketing strategies, conduct group presentations and monitor competitors’ activities, reporting directly. Work in accordance with business ethics procedures and local laws, as well as Novo Nordisk Way and policies. Your new department As a GP Sales Representative, you’ll join a high‑performing sales team that promotes Novo Nordisk products both in person and virtually in your designated territory. You will report directly to the State Sales Manager and collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical, Medical & Regulatory departments at our head office in North Sydney. Your Skills & Qualifications GP sales experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry, ideally based in the advertised geographical territory. Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Tertiary education, preferably in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical, with the ability to analyse complex data and communicate it effectively to customers. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional extended hours and weekends. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
