Automotive Store Manager - BANKSIA GROVE Autobahn Mechanical and Electrical Services Banksia Grove is seeking a customer service focused and time managed / organised Store Manager for their market leading up-market service centre located in Banksia Grove Being part of the Autobahn Team has the following benefits: Modern and clean workshops with the latest diagnostic equipment Providing quality service and installing only quality parts Western Australian owned and operated, so you will be working with the owner of the business Full training provided Very attractive salary plus bonuses and benefits We are looking for motivated people possessing the following talents: Excel in customer service - This is a MUST Motivated and eager to succeed Excellent people skills and communication Desire to succeed and become a part of a growing business Experience in automotive service management preferred but not required Perform well under pressure Have impeccable time management and great with staff management Aspirations to one day buy their own franchise What we offer: Earn from $90,000 in your first year* $120.00 per week to spend with a fuel card however you'd like Opportunities to extend commitment to franchise by owning your own one day Run the store as if it were your own *Salary, Fuel Card & Saturday ROP set. Commission based on hitting targets set by employer. Those without previous experience in a similar role are also encouraged to apply. Ideally suited for someone eager to succeed and set them selves up long term, in a fun and positive management role without requiring the experience others chase. Full adequate training provided by the owner before starting.
