We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Clinical Coordinator as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. You can find out more about our practice The Opportunity We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Albany Creek, QLD practice available for a Clinical Coordinator seeking permanent full‑time work: Modern dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Convenient location with parking on site, a bus stop within walking distance and surrounded by shops and café’s Friendly, fun and dedicated team Maintain our amazing customer and team culture – providing continued excellent customer service to our patients Lead a team of incredible Dental Assistants, assisting the Practice Manager Deliver quality chairside assistance to our DentistsTreatment coordination Maintain infection control standards and procedures You’ll be Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded You're a motivated self‑starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
