How will you make an impact Join our Marketing function as our Design Lead- accountable for leading and overseeing creative workstreams from ideation through to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned design outcomes. In this role, you will be the steward of AMP’s visual brand identity — maintaining its integrity while guiding its evolution to remain relevant, distinctive, and resonant across modern media platforms. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to align design solutions with broader business objectives. What you will bring to the role Demonstrated experience in an agency or in-house setting, designing for a variety of mediums, primarily digital but also with a good understanding of print processes A proven track record for directing creative and leading design teams at a high-growth or scale-up business World-class design, showcased across branding, digital design and advertising executions Proven ability to collaborate with various external agencies Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Adobe Experience Platform Strong leadership skills and an ability to work collaboratively across channels and departments A high standard for creative excellence and the ability to level up the craft within a team Deep knowledge of creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display advertising Demonstrated ability to quickly shift priorities in order to manage day-to-day communications while setting and meeting strict deadlines and budgets A strong understanding of tone of voice and design principles, to ensure all creative is on-brand and consistent Excellent stakeholder management skills (both internal and external) Strong grasp of AI-assisted creative tools, trends, and experimentation Bonus Skills: Adobe After Effects, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly Why we think you’ll love working at AMP Doing what we’ve always done is not an option, so your clever ideas will get airtime here.
