How you\'ll make an impact As a Project Finance Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of AMP’s transformation initiatives. You’ll be the commercial conscience of the portfolio, partnering with value streams to ensure financial discipline, accuracy and strategic foresight. From building robust business cases to identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, your insights will directly influence smart investment decisions and improved financial outcomes. You’ll also be instrumental in uplifting portfolio finance capabilities, embedding agile governance practices and educating teams on financial processes and tools, making finance not just a function, but a strategic enabler. What you will bring to the role You’re a seasoned finance professional demonstrated capability in project finance within financial services. Your CPA or CA qualification backs your technical expertise, while your experience in Agile environments equips you to thrive in a dynamic, transformation-focused setting. You bring sharp commercial acumen, a keen eye for detail and the confidence to challenge the status quo. Your ability to communicate complex financial concepts simply and effectively across diverse stakeholders will be key to driving outcomes. Most importantly, you’re someone who owns their work, plays as one team, and is brave enough to lead change.
