Used Vehicle Sales Manager Are you looking to stop working Wednesday Nights and every Saturday morning at Dealerships but, love the environment, join the team at AUS Vehicle Sales We are looking for a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to revitalise our Bassendean used car yard The successful applicant must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment. They will provide excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst managing all aspects of used vehicle inventory sales to ensure that sales targets are achieved and exceeded. The position is required to continually communicate sales knowledge, motivate and create drive across the sales team to enhance AUS Vehicles Sales, the AUS Fleet Solutions (AFS) group and our guest experience. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed department budgeted Turnover, Gross Profit and Sales Unit Volume retail requirements. Achieve and exceed departmental budgeted aftersales (Finance and Aftercare) requirements. Control of Lead management – ensure completeness of enquiry capture, professional, timely and adequate follow up. Continually analyse the departmental and individual sales consultant enquiry to sale ratios / KPI’s (including enquiry to appointment, test drive, contract sign up, vehicle sale), to effectively implement the required processes and strategies to maximise these KPI results. Effectively manage sales staff skill, productivity and output. Continually manage used vehicle inventory regarding ageing, volume and pricing to market. Online integrity – continually maintain and enhance all avenues of our online presence (Website, Carsales, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace etc). Including frequent updates of photos, videos, comments and pricing to maximise the generation of sales enquiry. Requirements Proven experience in vehicle sales management. Salesperson licence and yard manager’s licence required. Previous experience in vehicle valuations. High level of attention to detail with strong process discipline. Valid WA Drivers Licence. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical to include a drug and alcohol test.
