About You You must be experienced in delivering varied lifestyle programmes and comfortable learning new technology to support residents' physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is desirable. Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) – minimum requirement. Preferred: Cert IV or Diploma in Lifestyle & Leisure, or Cert IV in Ageing with significant lifestyle experience. Current First Aid Certificate and CPR. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
