About the Facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About the Role The McGrath Foundation’s mission is to ensure every Australian family experiencing cancer has access to a cancer care nurse no matter where they live or their financial situation. This position plays a vital role in the ongoing health management of genitourinary cancer patients by acting as a patient advocate and by coordinating care for people affected by genitourinary cancer, their families and carers.
