The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment across the Energy and Renewables sector and a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent in the industry.As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.Responsibilities:Source and attract top talent in the technology and data sectors through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs, preferences, and company cultures.Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to their specific requirements.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure transparency and alignment.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technology recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable or energy sector recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across the development or delivery phase in energy projectsStrong understanding of the industry, and knowledge across the talent market in Power Systems & Connection, Site Identification, Project Development, Engineering and Project Delivery.Excellent business development skills and background in building and growing marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and clients.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.Australian work rights and willingness to work in Sydney.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure based on performance and achievements.Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your recruitment skills and career growth opportunities.Flexible work arrangements and a supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance and well-being including a Flexible FridayAccess to a range of employee benefits, including health and wellness programs, team-building activities, and company events.Opportunities for career advancement and progression within a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.Join Our Team:If you are a high-performing 360 Recruiter who is passionate about sourcing top talent and delivering exceptional recruitment experiences, we want to hear from you Join Vinova and become part of a culture that values excellence, collaboration, and personal growth.
