Key Responsibilities Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, toileting, grooming, maintaining dignity and privacy. Mobility Support: Help residents walk, use mobility aids, transfer between positions. Monitoring Health: Observe and report changes in health or behavior. Meal Assistance: Support dietary requirements and mealtime. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records on eCase. Collaboration: Work with nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals for optimal care. Skills & Experience Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent. Adaptable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Team player with collaborative mindset. Friendly and effective communication skills.
