Warehouse Operations Manager

If you’re a hands-on operator who thrives in organised chaos, can mentor juniors, build culture, and keep things moving even when plans change last-minute, you’ll fit right in. Core responsibilities: Lead the warehouse team day-to-day - sleeves rolled up, not arms crossed. Mentor and develop junior team members so they grow with the business. Set, track and manage KPIs across productivity, accuracy, dispatch speed, and team performance. Build and maintain a high-energy, positive warehouse culture that people want to be part of. Work closely with Marketing and Retail to support launches, store replenishment, pop-ups, campaigns, and high-volume periods. Oversee inbound deliveries, stock accuracy, storage optimization, and dispatch operations. Troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly – always solutions-focused, always forward-thinking. Adapt to changes on the fly (because fashion moves fast and so do we). Ensure WHS standards are followed and the warehouse runs safely and efficiently. What we are looking for: Proven experience leading a warehouse or operations team. A genuine team player who leads by example, not ego. Someone who loves solving problems, improving systems, and finding faster/better ways to work. Confident in setting and managing KPIs and holding people accountable. Strong understanding of logistics, stock management, and warehouse workflows. Experience with ShipHero is ideal (but not essential if you learn fast). Adaptable, unflappable, and excited by rapid growth and change. Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working closely with marketing, retail, and our leadership team.
