Position Vacant for experienced GP practice nurse (EN or RN) for 2-3 days a week Essential Criteria Must have current unconditional registration with AHPRA Current immunisation certificate Minimum of 1 year experience as a general practice nurse Demonstrate outstanding work ethic, organisational and time management skills Computer skills are essential Beneficial experience but not mandatory Experience with wound management, immunisations and assisting in procedures Experience with developing Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management Plans Experience with Medical Director / Pracsoft 1 years+ General Practice nursing experience highly regarded Experience with minor procedures and treatment Strong clinical and academic skills associated with looking at the patient holistically Childhood immunisations ECG Responsibilities Patient care Chronic Disease Management – care plans and health assessments Iron infusions Immunisations - including childhood immunisations Cold chain management Provision of support to practice staff and doctors Wound management Assisting doctors with procedures and management of patients Benefits Friendly and supportive environment Competitive salary based on qualification and experience On-the-job training will be provided as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
